Whole House Remodel
We performed a whole house remodel on a mobile home in Ventura. The house presented with advanced water damage, rotting wood and sub-floor, outdated aesthetics and a floor plan needing better traffic flow. During the initial stage of debris removal, clean-up and demolition, advanced deterioration was discovered in several key areas. This required a substantially new plan for the overall project and budget. We kept the client in the loop every step of the way.
- replaced and leveled the kitchen sub-flooring;
- rebuilt and re-trimmed the water heater closet (using plywood and Hardie Board);
- replaced window headers;
- ran new plumbing lines;
- painted interior and exterior, installed new mini blinds and sub-contracted a landscaper.

Commercial Kitchen
In the Bakersfield Costco (on Gosford), we installed 3/8″ thick plexiglass around the Bakery prep table. The plexiglass needed to be cut to a precision fit and dropped into steel support beams.
Deck
In the Bear Valley area of Tehachapi, a homeowner wanted to extend their deck approximately 24 feet along uneven sloping terrain and build & paint it to match the existing deck. We added about 384 sq. feet onto the deck area which resulted in a higher home resale value.
Patio Overhang
A Tehachapi homeowner wanted to get better use out of their patio area. We did the concrete work and added 450 sq. ft. to their patio area, creating a new overhang that provided protection from the elements and allowed diffused light to illuminate the area.
Retail Store
In a Walmart, vandalism had occurred to part of the counter display. We assessed the problem and completed the repairs. Work was performed quickly and discreetly during store hours with customers present in the store. The original aesthetic was enhanced with a stronger guard.
Sheds
We provide custom storage needs for customers in a variety of circumstances. We’ll begin by listening to what their present and future storage needs are, assessing the space they have available on the property, then customizing the construction to fit their plans. We finish the shed to match the aesthetic of their home and increase the value of the property.
